Lil Pump signs $8 million record deal with Warner Bros., making him one of the highest paid 17 year old artists.
There’s no doubt that Lil Pump has been making money moves in the hip hop industry over the course of his ever expanding career, but today he inks a huge deal with Warner Bros. Entertainment. TMZ reports about the deal, stating it’s going to be binding.
The likes of Gucci Mane and DJ Khaled have done their part in trying to sign the former free agent, but now Pump can rely on one of the biggest powerhouse distributors and recording marketers in the industry. According to his contract, Lil Pump will receive a whopping 8 million dollar advance on the deal.
His contract is set for 7 years in which he will receive $9,000 for the first year, $12k for the second and $15k for the 3rd through the 7th years. That’s not all, because there’s also big time royalty money to be made. Pump will also receive 14% on sales, and they can reach up to 66% depending on the format. Be ready for a big time studio release from the young rapper and congrats to Lil Pump on being a 17 year old millionaire.
