Tory Lanez explains his stance after punching a concertgoer at his Toronto show.
On Wednesday for the fourth of July, Tory Lanez hit up his hometown of Toronto whilst on his Memories Don’t Die Tour. Yesterday, video surfaced of Lanez punching a man in the crowd multiple times which has since gone viral.
Today T Lanez took to his Instagram to address the incident, clearing up the air a bit after being under fire for the lash out. It is still unclear as to what caused Tory to wail on the person, but he stated that he was going to protect himself as the person of interest was there to cause harm to Tory himself.
Tory explains “I just wanna address something I’ve seen today. I go on the blogs and I see Tory Lanez swung at a fan and fouled off on a fan at his concert last night. I want y’all to understand two things. Number one, there’s a difference between someone who comes to your show as a fan and somebody who comes to your show to cause you a problem and to cause you bodily harm”. He then goes into detail on his crazy performances, never missing a chance to crowd surf stating that he respects his fans, but will never let someone take this from him when he’s provoked. Check out his video for yourself below, more on this as it unfolds.
