It looks like Flacko Jodye season has finally arrived, as we finally get the first solo release from Rocky in 2018. Last year was a huge year for A$AP Mob, but the fans have been long awaiting new Rocky content.
He is expected to drop his next album this year, and the Soundcloud description for his new track reads “TESTING COMING SOON”. This is great news for A$AP’s extensive audience, and it shines light on what looks to be Rocky’s next solo effort.
We haven’t got a full project since At. Long. Last. A$AP. which dropped in 2015, so this will be Rocky’s return debut for a solo album. As for the track itself, Rocky taps DRAM for a minimal feature, but its great to see the two on a track together. “FIVE STARS” shows off Rocky’s lyrical talents as an artist, and he steps outside of his comfort zone for an unheard sound and style. Stream his newest track above, and stay tuned as we await the release of Testing dropping this year.
