Nowadays, it seems a ton of artists are hopping on the biggest mainstream hits to attempt at killing the beat and getting some buzz around their name. If you didn’t already hear it, Joyner Lucas absolutely killed Lil Pump’s “Gucci Gang” and has got a ton of buzz from it.

August Alsina has always seemed to stick to his signature R&B style, but he steps outside of his comfort zone hopping on a pure trap beat. He adapts quite well, and brings some hefty verses along the way.
