Blak Madeen comes through with their latest offering One Second To Pray EP + a new music video to “Men Of Peace”
After immense succes after 2016’s Supreme Aftermath LP, Boston’s Al-J and Yusuf Abdul-Mateen otherwise known as Blak Madeen come through with a brand new EP One Second To Pray & a new music video to one of the fan favortie cuts “Men Of Peace.”
One Second To Pray deliver’s off it’s lead single “Industry Doors,” setting a great scene for the rest of the project. Laced with 7-tracks, the new project finds features from Edo G., Grand Daddy I.U., Divine Styler, and West Coast Kam, among others, while grabbing some production supplied by The Arcitype, Sicknature, Billy Loman and more. Encased with many intricate rhymes, the project finds the Muslim rapper’s paying homage to their people and shedding some light on the hardships faced back in their home country.
In promotion of One Second to Pray, the duo has also dropped off some grimey new visuals to one of their standout tracks “Men of Peace,” which features Veteran rapper Edo G. Directed by Billy Loman, the video finds the rapper’s delivering some woke bars about politics and society while trapping the streets of Boston
