Watch Blocboy JB’s XXL Freshman Freestyle
2018’s XXL Freshman list came with a lot of questionable characters. While Blocboy JB’s expirience in the game might be short, his summer hit “Look Alive,” with Drake was too big ignore. Dropping off his debut album Simi, Bloc was able to showcase his true Memphis talent scoring in the top 10 of the Billboard 100’s.
Ranked on this years XXL Freshman List, Bloc’s freshman freestyle is finally here. While the verse isn’t anything too special, Bloc atleast kept it original and not borrowed the verse from an older song. Taking a melodic approach, Bloc’s one minute freestyle shows the rapper boasting off on his new lifestyle.
