Chance The Rapper has been a kingpin of the Chicago music scene, and it was only right to have him at the forefront of the All-Star game halftime performance, which happened to be in Chi-Town.
Not only do we get a hefty performance from Chance, but Lil Wayne also joined him for “No Problem”, with Quavo and DJ Khaled coming in on “I’m The One”. We also received solo performances for “Hot Shower” and “Ultralight Beam”.
This halftime was jam packed with great music, but more importantly a tribute to the late Kobe Bryant. We get a heartfelt message from Chance who provides a higher meaning to the unfortunate timing. Take a peek at the full Chance The Rapper halftime performance above and see what you think.
