Jaden Smith debuts SYRE The Electric Album on Instagram.
Jaden Smith has been heavily teasing a sequel to his popular project SYRE which released back in November of last year, and today he finally comes through with the project. Smith releases it via Instagram and IGTV, and has yet to hit official streaming services.
This isn’t the first time a rapper released a project via IG, as B.o.B did the same for The Upside Down. However, with Instagram introducing their new feature called IGTV, this might just be the go-to marketing move for select artists. As for the project itself, Jaden Smith completely reimagined his original project infusing it with solid electronic remixes with new vocals.
Jaden dropped each of the 6 tracks as a preview on his actual IG, which you can listen in on below. Stay tuned as we await the official release if they see light of day on Apple Music & Spotify.
