Canadian native Kordoroy Floyd is back on track with another single to follow up his previous titled “Free”. On this single Floyd brings an infectious hook, interesting production and I enjoyed the metaphorical language at play here.
Floyd wants to ice himself out as therapy on this track even though he has clearly lost one of the jewels in his heart. The song clocks in at under 3 minutes and yet manages to address some intense emotional motifs and themes whilst also giving us a song for the car, club or at those moments of musical introspection.
