It might come to a shocker to you that YBN’s Cordae has a very limited arsenal of music at this point, yet is reigning on the music stream side. Today he delivers the visuals for arguably his hardest track to date.
Cordae’s well thought out lyricism displays his true talent as an artist, and on this track, he tackles social issues along with police brutality. He claims himself as a “target” as a black man in the U.S., and portrays what it’s like to be an African American in today’s day and age.
The track comes off the YBN collective project titled YBN: The Mixtape, which dropped a few weeks back. We can expect some big things to come from their camp, but Cordae is making true waves in this industry. Watch the official Target video above, and be on the ready for more content.
