Young Thug grabs long time collaborator DJ Carnage for his newest single “Liger”
Long time friends & collaborators, Young Thug & DJ Carnage are finally gearing up to release their long awaited collab album Young Martha. Following up to last weeks “Homie” single featuring Meek Mill on top of the two collaboraters, The two are back again with another pre-album single “Liger.”
With Carnage behind the boards, The Atlanta native adds a nice beat, with a funky flute melody. Low 808’s are very present in the beat with what seems to be sparatic organ chords. Thug raps about his fine jewlery, fast cars, and getting himself a “Liger,” instead of a tiger.
Young Martha will be serving as a follow up to Carnage’s latest collab EP Step Brothers with G-Eazy, and following up Thug’s latest Beautiful Thugger Girls album. The two have appeared on many track together before so this project should have alot of potential. Stream “Liger” above.
